Top 10 Disney Moments - Number 9

Thanks to Paul, we checked out the Disney animation studio. It starts with a short video presentation about how characters are created and then you get to go into another room and draw a Disney Character with an artist. The artist draws the image, in our case Mickey Mouse, step by step and his movements are projected onto a big screen at the front of the room. In addition to being air conditioned, a big plus in Florida's August heat, it was a lot of fun. We all tried our best, though it's safe to say we are not artists. Derek kept saying "I'm not very good at this" but he did not too bad on his second try with a little help from Dad. Mitchell did a good job following instructions and his picture was a recognizable Mickey (although maybe a Tim Burton version). Thanks Paul for sending us to that corner of the park, we completely missed it last year.
